      Hi!

I'm pleased that you took the time to visit my web site and learn a little bit about who I am.

After completing high school, I served my country for 8 years with the Air Force.  I decided to move to Vernal, Utah in 1997.  I worked at the local hospital as a Medical Laboratory Technologist, worked as a Dialysis Tech and was also an office manager for a local company. After realizing the many joys of working with people, I decided to become a professional Realtor. In less than one year of being a Realtor, I worked hard to achieve my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation.  I absolutely love helping people find the perfect home, negotiating deals and seeing the joy of home ownership on their faces when they get the keys to their new home.  Majority of the time, my clients end up being dear friends of mine. 

Graduating high school from Las Vegas, NV, and the many places I've seen during my tours in the Air Force, I found Vernal to be warm and friendly and the perfect place to raise a family.  I recently married Dave Knibbe who has been a lifelong resident of the Uintah Basin.  Combined, we have 3 children, 3 dogs and a cat.  We live in Vernal City and the reason I feel Vernal, Utah is such a special place to live is because of all the outdoor activities that I can share with my family. Camping, fishing, boating and sledding are just some of the activities that we enjoy. There are endless things to do no matter what the season is.   In 2007, I was diagnosed with breast cancer.  I underwent many surgeries, but never let the disease affect my drive for life.  I am a strong-willed person with a lot of life to live and live my life for all the joys and smiles I can give people.  I am determined to not let things stand in the way of my goals.  Between my military training and a life threatening disease, I am a person of motivation, determination and perserverance. 

I am driven to provide the best possible care and service to all my clients, old and new.  I am caring, creative and committed in what I do.   I have the tools and the knowledge to sell your current home or to find the home of your dreams.  I service the entire Uintah Basin in residential, commercial, industrial, farms and ranches.
